Clarity & Growth Co. offers therapist-led workshops and group experiences that combine practical psychological education, guided reflection, and meaningful conversation.
Offerings combine accessible psychological education, guided reflection, and opportunities for connection. Depending on the program, topics may include boundaries, people-pleasing, emotional awareness, identity, relationships, complex trauma, parenting, or tic-management skills.
Some offerings are educational workshops, while others may be structured therapeutic groups. Each event page will explain the format, eligibility requirements, schedule, cost, and whether the offering is considered therapy.

Untangled:
A group experience for finding clarity, reconnecting with yourself, and changing the patterns that keep you stuck.
Untangled is a supportive, therapist-led experience for people who want to better understand themselves and begin loosening the expectations, survival responses, and repeated patterns shaping their lives. Through practical teaching, guided reflection, and conversation, participants explore identity, boundaries, emotional patterns, and choices that align with who they want to become.
